"Update 13.05.20: Your staff insist on ticket when the ink could have already faded. And they ignored my last email to them. Been a month already. It is ok, I created my own digital images without bothering you. For such service it is not worth the purchase {this was before circuit break was in place in Feb 20}. (Could not retrieve pics from app, from web. And i think i have lost my code by now. Even gmail does not work once your google drive is full.)"
